Summary: Responsible for timely follow-up of production orders, inventory control, and continuous updating of the production plan to ensure compliance and accurate decision-making. Highlights: 1. Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical thinking skills Description and details of responsibilities Responsible for timely follow-up of production orders, ensuring compliance with established schedules and reporting status to the involved departments. In charge of inventory control and the continuous update of the production plan, guaranteeing accurate information for decision-making. **Functions** * Monitored production orders and ensured on-time delivery by coordinating with production, purchasing, and logistics teams. * Managed inventory control systems using **Kanban, Min-Max, Just-in-Time (JIT), and MRP**, maintaining optimal stock levels and reducing shortages. * Conducted **cycle counts and annual inventory audits**, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions. * Reviewed and validated **Bill of Materials (BOM)** prior to releasing material purchase requirements. * Generated weekly reports on material requirements, supplier status, and delivery timelines to support production planning. * Maintained and updated ERP/internal systems with part numbers, pricing, routing, and lead times to ensure accurate planning data. * Monitored production order progress (travelers) and reported status between manufacturing processes. * Identified potential production risks and implemented solutions to maintain on-time delivery performance. * Coordinated kitting operations and tracked discrepancies, partial deliveries, and material availability. * Analyzed raw material market pricing (e.g., steel, aluminum) to support strategic purchasing decisions. * Supervised warehouse material flow, including receiving, issuing, and inventory control of materials and equipment. * Prepared daily production meeting reports and supported production planning updates. * Supervised and assigned tasks to operational personnel to ensure workflow efficiency. Experience and requirements **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. **Technical Knowledge** * **Fluent in English (100%)**, both spoken and written. * Experience with **MRP systems**, preferably **JobBoss**. * **Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel**. * **Blueprint Reading** **Experience** * **2–3 years of experience** in similar roles or recent training related to the field. * Experience in the **metal-mechanic industry (Sheet Metal manufacturing)**. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong **negotiation and leadership skills**. * **Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented** with a strong sense of urgency. * Strong **analytical thinking and decision-making abilities**. * Excellent **verbal and written communication and presentation skills**. * **Project management and teamwork skills**. * High standards of **professional ethics, integrity, loyalty, and honesty**.
