In charge of inventory control and the continuous update of the production plan, guaranteeing accurate information for decision-making. **Functions** * Monitored production orders and ensured on-time delivery by coordinating with production, purchasing, and logistics teams. * Managed inventory control systems using **Kanban, Min-Max, Just-in-Time (JIT), and MRP**, maintaining optimal stock levels and reducing shortages. * Conducted **cycle counts and annual inventory audits**, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions. * Reviewed and validated **Bill of Materials (BOM)** prior to releasing material purchase requirements. * Generated weekly reports on material requirements, supplier status, and delivery timelines to support production planning. * Maintained and updated ERP/internal systems with part numbers, pricing, routing, and lead times to ensure accurate planning data. * Monitored production order progress (travelers) and reported status between manufacturing processes. * Identified potential production risks and implemented solutions to maintain on-time delivery performance. * Coordinated kitting operations and tracked discrepancies, partial deliveries, and material availability. * Analyzed raw material market pricing (e.g., steel, aluminum) to support strategic purchasing decisions. * Supervised warehouse material flow, including receiving, issuing, and inventory control of materials and equipment. * Prepared daily production meeting reports and supported production planning updates. * Supervised and assigned tasks to operational personnel to ensure workflow efficiency.
