




Position Summary: You will lead program configuration activities, manage engineering changes, and promote continuous improvement in a secure environment. Key Highlights: 1. Description and details of responsibilities: Lead key activities related to program configuration and generate configuration management reports for the program. Work with Engineering and other support departments to classify changes, assign POE, and ensure timely completion of configuration administration activities to support program schedules aligned with procedure (CDFS\-AD\-0402\-W1\). 1\. Schedule weekly meetings with customers from various programs to present engineering changes for their approval and implementation. 2\. Generate program-specific tracking trackers with follow-up actions for implementing approved changes. 3\. Participate in safety initiatives and ensure compliance with related requirements. 4\. Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects considering the scope of the position. 5\. Conduct aircraft-level verifications using Master Matrix templates to prevent unauthorized engineering changes in the system. 6\. Generate monthly KPIs for changes presented during meetings held with various programs. 7\. Perform other duties inherent to the position as required by company needs. Experience and Requirements **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. **ENGLISH PROFICIENCY** * Advanced English **WORK EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year in configuration management within the aerospace industry or a related technical discipline. **MACHINERY/EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE** * Excel. * Word * Power Point.
