Description and details of responsibilities Procedures and management before the Ministry of Economy and VUCEM. Support for customs compliance and foreign trade activities. Coordination with customs brokers and the U.S. Trade Compliance team. Review of tariff classifications and validation of import/export information. Execution and control of downloads in Annex 24 system\. Management of certificates of origin, permits, and government documentation. Administration and updating of physical and electronic IMMEX files. Control and disposal of obsolete machinery and equipment in accordance with applicable regulations. BOM validation, part numbers, and master data. Collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Planning departments. Support during internal audits and customs compliance requirements. Inventory reconciliation and IMMEX material traceability. Identification and correction of operational and customs discrepancies. General support in compliance and foreign trade operations Experience and requirements Customs legislation and foreign trade regulations. IMMEX Program, PROSEC, and VAT/IEPS. Virtual operations V1 and IMMEX returns. Annex 22, Annex 24, and Annex 30\. Tariff classification and RRNA's. VUCEM, COVE, and DODA. Electronic Value Declaration (E2\). USMCA / T-MEC and rules of origin. Audits and customs compliance. Annex 24 systems (BMS, I\-Xport or others). Freight forwarders / carriers. Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Foreign trade document control. IMMEX inventory reconciliations and traceability.
