We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our team as a Traffic Assistant at our San Luis Potosí facilities. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Traffic Assistant, you will be a key player in coordinating and supervising our transportation operations. Your main duties will include: * **Direct Driver Management:** Maintain smooth and effective communication with our drivers, providing detailed information regarding routes, schedules, and specific service requirements. * **Customer Follow-up:** Serve as the primary liaison with our customers, updating them on shipment status, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an optimal service experience. * **Monitoring and Coordination:** Supervise vehicle flow, ensure on-time delivery compliance, and respond promptly to any incidents or deviations that may arise. * **Use of Technological Tools:** Actively utilize customer platforms and vehicle tracking systems for real-time operation monitoring and report generation. * **Operational Support:** Provide general administrative and operational support to the traffic department, contributing to departmental efficiency. * **Shift Rotation Availability:** Flexibility to rotate shifts is essential to meet the company’s operational needs, which may include morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. REQUIREMENTS * **Experience:** Minimum one year of verifiable experience in similar roles within the logistics or transportation sector. * **Knowledge:** Experience using customer platforms and vehicle tracking systems. Familiarity with fleet management tools is a plus. * **Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.
