Job Summary:
This role focuses on ensuring quality through processing service orders, documenting complaints, and conducting process audits.

Description and details of responsibilities:
Initiates, processes, and documents service orders
for returned field products. 2
Documents complaint information related to SWO's
in systems (Catsweb, IFS, SB's, etc.). 1
Releases product based on review of its documentation (DHR's) and compliance with documented requirements. 2/3/4
Supports achievement of complaint metrics. 1
Conducts process audits and follows up on discrepancies identified during such audits. 2
Supports required quality activities to ensure the Quality System remains active and up-to-date.

Experience and Requirements
**Experience:**
1 year in quality assurance
(preferably in medical device companies).
**Computer proficiency level:**
Intermediate
**English language proficiency:**
Intermediate
**Education:**
High school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent
**Specific knowledge:**
General knowledge of process documents
