Design and implementation of continuous improvements ### **ELIS – A company dedicated to textile rental and laundry services is looking for:** ### **CEDIS/Warehouse Coordinator – Supply/Procurement** **Job Objectives** * Lead, manage, and maintain operations, ensuring optimal CEDIS functionality and customer service * Supervise team members and deliver customer service at company facilities **Requirements/Experience:** * Education: Technical degree, Bachelor’s degree, and/or Engineering degree in Administrative or Industrial fields * Personnel management experience * Resource management (inventory, computer equipment, furniture, warehouse facilities, etc.) * Warehouse experience * Inventory management * Advanced Excel proficiency * Minimum 1 year of experience managing personnel (30–60 people) **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate execution of CEDIS administration processes * Perform and manage billing processes to meet required standards and collect payments from customers * Issue invoices timely and accurately per established procedures to ensure healthy cash flow * Manage processes by supervising CEDIS staff to maintain a healthy work environment * Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction within the scope of responsibility * Manage public relations with customers and production plants * Support the Human Talent department in hiring and termination processes to maintain and strengthen staffing levels * Manage performance indicators for decision-making * Design and implement continuous improvements * Manage teams based on results * Provide effective supervision and communication among team members * Visit and maintain public relations with clients’ General Services and Laundry Department heads, reviewing service delivery against CEDIS stock availability to prevent delays in internal billing and achieve full customer satisfaction * Administer and maintain legal processes, both internal and external, fulfilling contractual obligations with clients as well as permits required to operate the warehouse and trucks with relevant government agencies, to sustain uninterrupted operations * Manage information, reports, indicators, training, etc. * Supply and administer required materials and the assigned petty cash fund to enable staff to perform duties without disruption **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (variable schedule based on operational needs) * Fixed day off: Sunday ### **Salary and Benefits:** ### **Base Salary: $16,500 per month (pre-tax)** * **Productivity Bonus**: $300.00 weekly * **Punctuality and Attendance Bonus**: $250.00 weekly * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo): 15 days per year * ️ 12 vacation days upon completion of first year (25% vacation premium) * Savings fund (once the facility is established) * Direct employment contract with the company * Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) **Job Location** \- Rosarito Park: Manuel Gómez 5200, Industrial Zone, Benito Juárez, 22706 Playas de Rosarito, B.C.
