Attitudes of honesty, respect, and integrity **KM Headhunters Mexico is seeking an Accounting Intern in La Mesa \- Tijuana, Baja California** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Description and Responsibilities * Generate electronic invoices and payment complements in Contpaq. * Enter supplier and customer invoices into the company's ERP system. * Manage and administer suppliers (onboarding, validation, and information updates). * Review and validate CFDIs to ensure correct accounting classification. * Compile and reconcile supporting documentation (invoices, XML files, payments, etc.). * Record income, expenses, and bank transactions. * Prepare bank reconciliations. * Ensure accounting operations comply with tax regulations and internal policies. * Support month-end closing by preparing accounting reports. * Support and monitor physical inventory closing.
