




Job Summary: Inventory Analyst responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing inventory, with emphasis on reducing obsolete material and communicating with customers. Key Highlights: 1. Direct interaction and communication with customers. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Monitor inventory levels with a focus on identifying and reducing obsolete material. * Prepare and analyze inventory reports, focusing on days of storage and coverage. * Identify opportunities to push and ship obsolete material to customers. * Track delivery commitments and placement of obsolete material. * Record and track inventory incidents impacting customers. * Maintain direct communication with customers to inform them of inventory status and deliveries. * Communicate customers’ inventory status directly to them. **Technical Skills:** * Preparation and interpretation of inventory reports. * Intermediate Excel (tables, basic formulas, filters). * Inventory analysis by days in storage and coverage. **Competencies and Skills:** * Customer orientation. * Attention to detail. * Clear and effective communication. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity and learning attitude. * Organization and follow-up. * Negotiation skills. * Strong interpersonal relationship management. **Professional Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field. * English language (Intermediate level). **Experience:** * 0–1 year of experience in inventory, logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred. * Professional internships or social service count as experience.
