Promotion of social awareness and added value in residential developments **At Ruba, we do not only build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT** Develop neighborhood organizations to achieve self-management of various municipal services in accordance with Customer Service and DC guidelines, thereby enhancing quality of life in residential developments. **Responsibilities:** * Foster neighborhood coexistence through an organizational structure for managing basic services within the residential development. * Ensure timely response to emerging needs regarding security and public services (parks, street lighting, road signage, etc.) in residential developments, safeguarding residents’ economic and social security. * Cultivate social awareness among residents to maintain the added value of their residential development. * Attract educational services to residential developments, aiming to improve our customers’ quality of life. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position * Experience managing neighborhood groups * Knowledge of security projects * Familiarity with neighborhood regulations * Strong verbal communication skills * Negotiation skills * Proactive attitude * Professional appearance * Flexible schedule availability **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent working environment * Career development and growth opportunities * Training programs
