Ensuring customer satisfaction Description and details of responsibilities Provide visibility into the operation of expected production over a 12-month horizon, and coordinate and ensure its execution through the development of a detailed master production plan based on customer demand and sales forecast, linking operations with the SIOP plan and ensuring customer satisfaction.
