Description
**Human Resources Generalist**
Administer and coordinate Human Resources activities within the plant, ensuring proper execution of operational processes, employee support, labor compliance, and assistance to various operational departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Administration of operational and administrative staff.
* Preparation and follow-up of payroll prelists and attendance incidents.
* Attendance control, overtime, vacations, and leave requests.
* Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel.
* Onboarding and follow-up for newly hired employees.
* Employee support and conflict resolution.
* Implementation of administrative notices and disciplinary follow-up.
* Coordination of internal events, communication, and workplace climate.
* Training follow-up and DC-3 documentation.
* Personnel file management and documentary compliance.
* Turnover, absenteeism, and vacancy coverage metrics.
* Support during audits and adherence to internal policies.
* Coordination with operational leaders and supervisors.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational HR / generalist roles within a plant environment.
* Experience handling payroll prelists.
* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency.
* Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and labor procedures.
* Experience in operational recruitment.
* Handling of attendance incidents, employee support, and labor relations.
* Availability for on-site work and daily operational support.
* Manufacturing industry experience is desirable.
