Report to commodity managers on best practices regarding results and procurement processes, enabling benchmarking across different business units to identify ways to reduce costs, consolidate suppliers, compare prices, and negotiate terms and conditions—proposing new initiatives to commodity managers. 2\. Support commodity managers in innovation initiatives by participating in and analyzing information to implement new cost-reduction projects. 3\. Ensure supplier compliance with commercial contractual terms and conditions, escalating critical irregularities or deviations to commodity managers so that suppliers meet the company’s required performance indicators. **Job Requirements** -------------------- 4\. Ensure materials covered under contracts are loaded into the ERP system timely and accurately, updating ERP procurement parameters to maintain system integrity and authorization. 5\. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, procurement, commodity managers, and other departments involved in new product introduction, including participation in meetings, to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new products. 6\. Execute risk mitigation actions assigned by commodity managers for the business unit, conducting supplier analyses to prevent future risks or supply disruptions. 7\. Create and manage supplier workflows, providing appropriate documentation to suppliers for confidentiality agreements and risk assessments. 8\. Serve as the primary contact for operational issues affecting suppliers that impact the business unit, preventing potential risks or future problems. 9\. MACHINERY/EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience with ERP systems (M3 preferred).
