Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English Language, Education, Languages, or related field. (Preferred) Computer literacy. Teaching experience. Excellent personal presentation. Proactive, policy- and guideline-oriented, punctual, excellent presentation, and well-organized. Valid TOEFL score of 590 points or CENNI Level 14 certification (If you do not hold this certification, we will assess you). Responsibilities: Ensure implementation of the Academic Area’s quality management systems. Supervise teachers’ adherence to the teaching-learning process. Directly observe teachers’ classes. Monitor and provide performance feedback to teachers based on evaluations, re-enrollments, and relevant procedures. Maintain effective, courteous, and ongoing communication with the team.
