Collaborates on research projects and supervises theses **Universidad Humanitas is seeking a professional with an academic background and executive experience to join as a PhD Faculty Member in Executive Leadership for the following courses:** \- Strategic Human Resource Management \- Quality and Operations \- Research and Innovation Project Applicable to Executive Leadership. **Description:** As a PhD faculty member, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering doctoral-level courses, fostering critical thinking and leadership among students. You will also collaborate on academic research projects, supervise doctoral theses, and actively participate in academic activities. **Requirements:** * Experience and expertise in doctoral-level teaching methodologies, curriculum design, and academic assessment * Ability to develop and lead academic research in relevant areas of specialization * Advanced skills in effective communication, group management, and problem solving * Possession of a doctoral degree in a related field and demonstrated higher-education academic experience * Proficiency in educational technologies and digital tools for teaching and learning Employment Type: Seasonal Contract Duration: 6\-12 months Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Academic support * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
