In anticipation of the **upcoming opening of Hotel Indigo**, a brand under **IHG**, operated by **Arriva Hospitality Group**, we are seeking to hire a **Housekeeper** to lead housekeeping operations, ensuring that every guest room and public area of the hotel meets the highest quality standards. This role will be pivotal in guaranteeing that each guest enjoys **a memorable and unique experience during every stay**. Responsibilities * Manage, train, and develop the **Housekeeping team**, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. * Supervise inventories, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and supporting sustainability initiatives. * Participate in developing and optimizing the department’s **budget**. * Address special requests from guests, **VIPs, and frequent customers**. * Coordinate and supervise **deep cleaning projects**. * Ensure compliance with **safety standards, regulations, and operational procedures**. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless, integrated guest experience. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field**, or equivalent experience. * **More than 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry**, preferably as a Housekeeper. * Experience supervising **operational teams**. * Excellent **communication and leadership skills**. * Familiarity with **operational management tools and processes**. * Proficiency in the **local language**. * Availability to participate in a **hotel opening project**.
