




Job Summary: The Recruiter manages the full recruitment cycle, ensuring an excellent candidate experience from job posting through to hiring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the full recruitment cycle. 2. Promote open positions and contact potential candidates. 3. Identify new recruitment strategies and explore markets. Description and details of responsibilities The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process, from job posting to candidate hiring. * Conduct field recruitment activities such as canvassing and flyer distribution, as needed. * Promote open positions through social media, job boards, job fairs, phone calls, and other sourcing channels. * Contact potential candidates who meet the required profile to fulfill production staffing needs. * Conduct screening interviews and selection filters for candidates who meet the required qualifications. * Demonstrate initiative in identifying new recruitment strategies and exploring new talent markets. * Set up and manage recruitment modules/booths at various locations throughout the city, as needed. * Provide support to Human Resources in various activities as required. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree preferred. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in English. * Strong MS Office skills. * Interviewing skills. * Knowledge of field recruitment sites and sourcing points. * Availability to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
