Description and details of responsibilities
**Multi-Plant Operations Management:**
Define and implement the comprehensive operational strategy for molding, plastic injection, and metal-mechanical plants.
* Ensure compliance with production plans, costs, quality, safety, and customer delivery.
* Coordinate and align Plant Managers and operational area heads.
* Standardize processes, operational policies, and KPIs across all facilities.
* Guarantee optimal utilization of human, technical, and financial resources.
* Lead plant expansion, startup, transfer, or restructuring when required.
**Production and Manufacturing Processes:**
* Supervise molding, plastic injection, and metal-mechanical manufacturing processes.
* Ensure proper configuration, validation, and control of production processes.
* Optimize cycle times, OEE, productivity, scrap, and rework.
* Implement automation and lean manufacturing best practices.
* Ensure adherence to the master production schedule.
* Guarantee standardization of operational parameters across plants.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Daily operational performance analysis.
* Weekly KPI review with Plant Managers.
* Executive operations meetings.
* Direct supervision at plants.
* Evaluation of executive team performance.
* Periodic visits to production sites.
Experience and Requirements
**Required Experience:**
Plastic molding and injection, metal-mechanical manufacturing, multi-plant management, process engineering and continuous improvement, industrial maintenance, industrial automation, operational budget management, and ERP/MRP implementation.
**Years of Experience:**
12–18+ years in manufacturing, with proven multi-plant leadership experience.
**Minimum Education:**
Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
**Language:**
Advanced English (C1).
