Job Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate to provide support in HR, drive departmental improvements, and learn new functions while cultivating soft skills. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of soft skills and interpersonal interactions with staff Description and details of responsibilities: * Implement initiatives to improve the HR department (e.g., improvements to filing systems and/or repetitive tasks) * Learn new software programs for various HR department functions * Provide support for daily activities * Develop soft skills related to staff interaction. Experience and Requirements **EDUCATION** * Final semester of undergraduate studies in Administration or a related field; or less than one year since graduation. * Experience: Not required * Availability: Monday to Friday, from 9:54 AM to 8:00 PM * Development of habits, discipline, and punctuality. * Skills and competencies in executing learning operations. * Demonstrate positive attitudes such as initiative, decisiveness, order, methodology, dedication, and cooperation. * Demonstrate performance adherence regarding both quantity and quality of work. * Demonstrate capacity and level of responsibility. * Intermediate English (TOEIC Mock minimum score: 500 points) * Basic knowledge of personal protective equipment and occupational safety and hygiene.
