Job Summary: We are seeking an IT technician with experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems; database and web server administration; and technical problem resolution. Description and details of responsibilities **Required Profile** **We seek personnel with experience in technical IT activities possessing the following skills and knowledge:** * **Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems.** * **Database updates, administration, and backups.** * **Diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of technical problems** in software, hardware, and networks. * Experience in **database administration** and web server configuration. * Knowledge of **MSQL**, **PHP**, **Apache**, **IIS**, networking, and computer equipment repair. * **Experience in Python programming** for automation and development of internal tools. * **Experience in web development** (front\-end and/or back\-end). * **Customer service** (phone, chat, email). * **Problem solving.** * **Teamwork.** Experience and Requirements **Required Experience** The candidate must have verifiable experience in: **1\. Systems and Hardware** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. * Identification and repair of hardware failures. * Management of equipment and peripheral inventory. **2\. Databases** * Administration of MSQL/MySQL databases. * Updating structures, migrating data, and optimizing queries. * Creating and maintaining backups, restoration, and contingency plans. **3\. Servers and Web Platforms** * Configuration and administration of Apache and IIS servers. * Installation and maintenance of websites, virtual hosts, and SSL certificates. * Monitoring server performance and security. **4\. Networking** * Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN networks. * Configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and WiFi. * Diagnosis of connectivity and performance issues. **Recommended Technical Requirements** (Minimum qualifications required to perform effectively in this position) * Minimum of **1 to 3 years** of experience in technical support or systems administration. * Proficiency in **MSQL/MySQL** and **PHP**. * Practical knowledge of **Apache** and **IIS**. * Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments. * Experience in database backup and restoration. * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems. * Basic knowledge of **Python** and/or willingness to undergo training. * Verifiable experience in web development (basic/intermediate level).
