Position Summary: This position focuses on technical support for users, including equipment installation, software loading, troubleshooting, and system administration. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of reports and recommendations for decision-making Main Responsibilities: * Install or supervise vendors in installing computer and peripheral equipment for users, such as monitors, keyboards, printers, disks, scanners, mice, etc. * Verify proper operation of the user's system * Load software packages, such as operating systems, word processors, spreadsheets, databases, email software, etc., onto specific computers * Provide technical assistance and training to system users * Resolve issues and answer questions regarding system operation, and diagnose hardware, software, network, or operator-related problems * Recommend or implement corrective actions and/or refer major issues to service staff, vendors, or supervisors * Comply with organizational IT operational standards and policies * Administer users, printers, files, etc. * Perform various administrative functions for the functional area * Analyze reports and present recommendations that may serve as the basis for important organizational decision-making * Completed degree: Computer Systems Engineering * 3 years of experience in a similar position * English proficiency: 70% spoken and written Salary: $7,700\.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred) Language: * English (mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
