The primary objective of the Project Manager is to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, meeting established goals, staying within budget, and adhering to scheduled timelines. Additionally, they must coordinate various teams with diverse roles and responsibilities while maintaining smooth and effective communication. * Responsible for leading and directing the company's projects from inception to completion. **Responsibilities** * Planning: Define project objectives, establish timelines, organize tasks, and define work structure. * Coordination: Lead and motivate the project team; manage interactions with other teams and stakeholders. * Resource Control: Manage the project budget and oversee available resources. * Risk Management: Identify and address potential issues and challenges that may arise during project execution. * Communication: Keep all involved parties informed about project progress and resolve any misunderstandings that may occur. * Industrial Engineering degree * Experience: Minimum 3 years * Proficiency in MRP systems * Advanced Excel skills * Schedule creation * Budget management * Visa, SENTRI * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Salary: $6,500\.00 \- $7,500\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
