Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer with experience in packaging line installation projects, leadership capabilities, and safety knowledge. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership role in large-scale projects 2. Personnel and contractor management 3. Proficiency in SAP PM and MM Location: Tecate, B.C.N. Requirements: Advanced English (100% preferred) Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer, or related field. Knowledge: Experience in beer packaging line installation projects (mandatory due to new line installation). Experience in projects exceeding USD 15 million. Experience in leadership roles. Mechanical and electrical specialty knowledge. Occupational safety knowledge (PPE, work at height, cutting and welding, hot work, electrical work, etc.). Budget management and administration. Management of personnel and contractor companies. Proficiency in SAP modules PM and MM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions.
