Our expertise spans standardized operations and multimodal freight solutions, as well as customized industrial projects. **We have an excellent opportunity for you as an Air Operations Intern based in Mexico City** **What will be your primary objective in this role?** To provide administrative and operational support within the air product. **What will you do in this role?** * Customer onboarding * Re-transmission of Doc Alert information to operations teams * Quick & Transport booking * On-demand account management * Pre-arrival notifications and arrival alerts * Billing and collections for special/transactional accounts * KPI management **What can you bring to this role?** * Advanced English * Excel proficiency * Knowledge of INCOTERMS * Knowledge of air import and export processes * Microsoft Office proficiency * Currently enrolled in the 5th semester or beyond in Business Administration, International Relations, International Trade, or related fields **Why should you join our team?** You’ll have the opportunity to work in an international company with a multicultural environment.
