Coordination of organizational development strategies Plan, coordinate, and implement organizational development strategies that strengthen the organization’s culture, performance, and talent, ensuring employee alignment with business strategic objectives through effective training processes, performance management, workplace climate initiatives, and organizational change. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (Economics/Administration preferred) **Knowledge:** Knowledge of organizational development techniques, performance evaluation, development plans, organizational climate, delegation of responsibilities, and teamwork. **Skills:** Strong organizational and time management skills; proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint); excellent verbal communication skills. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in the position Mandatory requirement: Must own a personal vehicle and have no transportation issues.
