Description and details of activities * Design and implement strategies to improve culture, workplace climate, and internal efficiency. * Align human talent with the company’s strategic goals by managing change, training, performance evaluation, and organizational structure. * Identify training needs (TNA) and design leadership and soft skills development plans. * Manage career development and talent retention plans. * Collaborate in defining job profiles. * Collaborate in designing internal employee programs. Experience and Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an equal or similar role. * Skills: Effective communication, leadership, analytical ability, emotional intelligence, project management, and results orientation. * Advanced English language proficiency (spoken and written). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of Tress System (preferred).
