Ability to analyze and evaluate organizational structure. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Engineering. * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of verifiable hands-on experience in implementing audits. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced mastery of computer tools and information systems. * Solid knowledge of finance, costs, and administrative procedures. * Additional training (Desirable): Courses, seminars, or diplomas in auditing. * **Critical Competencies:** * **Ethics and Confidentiality:** Impeccable handling of sensitive information and strictly impartial conduct. * **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to assess complex data and transform it into solutions. * **Negotiation Skills:** Ability to report findings and secure acceptance of proposed improvements. **Primary Responsibilities** * Ability to analyze and evaluate organizational structure (mission, policies, strategies). * Preparation of detailed reports on findings and recommendations. * Conduct with honesty, impartiality, and professionalism. * Discreet handling of confidential information. * Ability to identify areas for improvement. * Ability to report results and negotiate improvements. * Evaluation of administrative quality and achievement of objectives. * Review of internal controls. * Detection of evidence of irregularities or inefficiencies. * Proposal of technological or procedural changes and improvements. * Conduct cash counts Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $25,001\.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Tax experience: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
