Coordinate continuous improvement teams and internal audits **Position Profile: Process and Quality Coordinator** **Position Purpose** Analyze, design, and implement, in collaboration with department heads, Caliente’s work processes to ensure their effectiveness, optimization, and alignment with objectives, promoting continuous improvement, standardization, and compliance. **Requirements** * **Academic Qualifications:** * Industrial Engineering, IMA, IME, Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. * **Experience:** * In quality management systems. * In process mapping. * 5–6 years of experience. * Preferably aged 27–35. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Comprehensive knowledge of ISO standards, preferably ISO 9001. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * MS Visio desirable. * Eurosoft Suite desirable. * OSSAD methodology for process mapping desirable. * **Availability:** * Monday to Friday during office hours, and Saturdays as required. * Willingness to travel. * **Main Responsibilities** * Document and update organizational processes (procedures, instructions, manuals, policies, etc.) to ensure standardization. * Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and propose solutions based on methodologies such as Lean Sigma. * Lead training and communication to staff regarding changes in work methods to ensure continued standardization (changes in processes, procedures, instructions, policies, etc.). * Identify deviations or non-conformities in processes through internal audits and implement required corrective actions. * Coordinate continuous improvement teams. * **Competencies and Skills** * Ability to map, diagram, document, and optimize workflows. * Capacity to lead interdisciplinary work teams. * Critical and analytical thinking to **interpret and understand information.** * Planning, organizational, and execution capability to complete tasks on time and as required. * Teamwork capability. * Frustration tolerance. * Interpersonal communication skills. * Discretion and confidentiality in handling the organization’s sensitive information.
