Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter to attract talent, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process, while maintaining continuous tracking of candidates and job vacancies. Maintenance of job vacancy profiles and interview scheduling The Cheapest Pharmacy Position: Recruiter Salary: $3,000 per week Type: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Office located in Col. Las Palmas** Responsibilities: * Attract talent through company-paid platforms, social media, or other proposed channels. * Conduct initial interviews as the first screening step, following the established profile for each vacancy. * Coordinate second-level screening with coordinators and third-level screening with department managers or executives as appropriate. * Maintain daily follow-up with candidates and their hiring process. * Keep job vacancy profiles up to date. * Track interviews and daily hires. Requirements: * Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Organized, responsible, and proactive. * Analytical ability.
