Job Summary: Operate product generation and packaging equipment, ensuring adherence to production programs, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safely operate gas generation and packaging systems. 2. Maintain process equipment in optimal operating condition. 3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Job Objective Operate product generation and packaging equipment, and perform corresponding tests in accordance with established operational and safety procedures, guaranteeing compliance with production programs, quality standards, and required reliability levels. Primary Responsibilities * Safely operate gas generation and packaging systems. * Execute production programs on time, meeting quality, quantity, and cost targets. * Maintain process equipment in optimal operating condition. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and standards. * Prepare daily production and activity records. * Perform cylinder inspection and basic maintenance. * Verify that raw materials meet specifications. * Handle, identify, label, and trace cylinders. * Load and unload cylinders from distribution units. * Operate forklifts (where applicable). * Perform general cleaning and area maintenance activities. * Operate internal computer systems. * Prevent waste and properly care for work tools. Additional Activities (Ultrasonic – Cylinder Requalification) * Operate ultrasonic inspection equipment. * Perform equipment cleaning and calibration according to established schedules. * Ensure proper cylinder storage during testing. * Coordinate with production for cylinder receipt and delivery. * Guarantee timely reliability and quality of tests. Required Profile Education * Completed secondary education (minimum). Experience * 1 year as a general assistant or in industrial operations. * 1 year operating forklifts (desirable). * 1 year handling ultrasonic equipment (desirable).
