Position Summary: Analyzes and plans raw material and purchased parts requirements, ensuring compliance with procedures and timely issuance of purchase orders. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with logistics and procurement departments Description and details of responsibilities 1\.\- Analyzes lists of raw materials, purchased parts, and equipment required for manufacturing industrial or consumer products. 2\.\- Requires analytical skills to develop appropriate procedures and can use computers at a programming level. 3\.\- Plans deliveries based on production forecasts, market conditions, material substitution, and production line, storage, and handling capacity. 4\.\- Reviews material lists to ensure compliance with the company's standardized practices regarding part and material usage. 5\.\- Timely requests (prepares or authorizes requisitions) raw material and purchased parts requirements to the Procurement Department. 6\.\- Expedites delayed purchases or responds to changes in production plans. 7\.\- Maintains the organization's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Experience and Requirements 1\.\- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or Business Administration. 2\.\- Minimum 5 years of experience directly or indirectly in materials planning, purchasing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience within logistics departments. 3\.\- Flexible working hours. 4\.\- Valid driver's license. 6\. \-Excellent personal presentation. 7\.\- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. 8\.\- Fluent English for leading business discussions or meetings with corporate. 9\.\- Residing near Pacifico Industrial Park or having no issues with commuting.
