Production cost-benefit analysis. **NORTH COLD CUTS COMMERCIAL** Seeking professionals experienced in handling meat cuts, pork, chicken, as well as butcher shop equipment operation. **Required Profile** * Minimum 5 years of experience * Minimum education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Agro-Industrial Engineering, or related field * Processed food production processes. * Distribution of frozen\-refrigerated products. * Food safety. * Expense and budget control. * Experience in inventory handling and control. * Bone remover **Job Responsibilities** * Validate rotation of processed and cold-storage merchandise. * Manage, review, and identify discrepancies between system stock and physical stock (processed products). * Review and request raw materials for production processes. * Review attendance and productivity of supervised staff. * Receive orders from Retail and Wholesale branches. * Daily production scheduling\/planning. * Daily production budget measurement. * Cost\-benefit analysis per production output in the department. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Weekly salary * Complimentary uniforms * Punctuality and attendance bonuses
