




Job Summary: We are seeking a personnel administrator to ensure proper payroll management, incident handling, and employee support, guaranteeing the execution of HR processes across branches. Here, you become part of a team passionate about excellence and unity.* **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure proper personnel administration at assigned branches, guaranteeing timely payroll processing, incident tracking, direct employee support, and accurate execution of operational, administrative, and cultural HR processes, in accordance with the company’s internal guidelines. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: Minimum 26 years old * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, International Business, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced), Tress system, SICAF, Canva, Artificial Intelligence, and other software relevant to the professional field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comprehensive HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, employee orientation, and follow-up. * Preparation, review, and control of pre\-payroll and payroll, including incidents, overtime, bonuses, deductions, leaves, vacations, and medical leave. * Management of attendance control systems and facial/fingerprint time clocks. * Administration and updating of physical and digital employee files. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and proper preparation of employment documentation. * Preparation and management of administrative minutes, incident reports, employment letters, and other labor relations documentation. * Management of institutional deductions (Infonavit, Fonacot, pensions, purchases, uniforms). * Preparation and analysis of administrative reports and HR indicators. * Operation of internal HR platforms and systems (SICAF, Revolution, Tress, Workvivo, \+Orden). * Use of administrative and digital tools (intermediate Excel, Word, Outlook, Dropbox, Canva). * Internal communication and coordination with supervisors, captains, managers, and operational departments. * Handling and follow-up of labor incidents and operational situations at branches. * Knowledge of organizational culture processes, recognition programs, internal events, and employee support. * Organization, internal control, and handling of confidential information. *Apply to join our team by sending your CV to:* *jaqueline.rh@cafedelaflor.com* Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
