Handle credit requests. Review commissions. Perform petty cash reconciliations. Supervise supplier payment processes. Authorize urgent payments. Supervise service payments. Review the organization’s financial statements. Review and approve severance settlements, vacations, and Christmas bonuses. Review employer-employee contributions. Reconcile inventory. Supervise inventory adjustments. Ensure timely follow-up on payments. Vacancy requests. Supervise billing and payment reports. Submit reports or performance indicators to management. Conduct induction and/or training for new staff. Handle government-related procedures. Attend to and follow up on visits, notifications, and other matters from SAT and/or Finance authorities. Manage the commercial system. Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or Finance Specific Knowledge: Finance IDSE. Payroll. Financial Statements. Any ERP.
