Job Summary: Supervise daily warehouse operations, validate inventories, maintain proper storage, coordinate with other departments, and train staff. Key Highlights: 1. Description and details of responsibilities * Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Validate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly. * Maintain proper storage, organization, and safety of materials. * Administer the receipt, dispatch, and tracking of goods. * Update inventory records and warehouse documentation regularly. * Coordinate with other departments to meet supply chain requirements. * Train and guide warehouse staff to follow procedures and safety standards. * Monitor compliance with company policies and occupational safety regulations. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Engineering completed; technical career as a minimum. * At least 3 years of experience as Warehouse/Receiving Supervisor. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. * English language proficiency level of at least 75%. * Experience in physical inventory processes. * Strong knowledge of receiving and warehouse management. * Personnel management.
