Position Summary: An architect with experience in residential, infrastructure, urban development, and construction projects, responsible for project validation and management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in residential private subdivision projects 2. Technical File and Construction Program validation 3. Responsible for progress review and corrective actions The architect must have experience in developing residential private subdivision, infrastructure, urban development, and construction projects. Technical File Validation (Buildings / Urban Development / IAOE) * Reviews the complete project (Buildings / Urban Development / IAOE) * Validates Construction Programs (Buildings / Urban Development / IAOE) * Enhances productivity and quality (implementation) * Reviews site mobilization * Agreements between Project Management and Cost Control * Indirect construction budgets * Assignment of work fronts to contractors * Review of construction progress * Budget reversion * Guarantee funds * Keeps the Housing Director informed about the status, physical progress, and financial condition of construction projects. * Implementation of corrective actions CRM EnKontrol management Salary: $28,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
