Resolve operational issues and have direct impact on operations We are supporting a growing company in Tijuana that operates water purification technology through strategic sales points, with a strong focus on operational execution and field service. We seek a candidate who enjoys being close to operations—leading technical teams and ensuring tasks are completed on time and as planned. This role is critical for coordinating field activities, tracking services and incidents, and maintaining high operational discipline. If you are motivated by leading from execution, working with technical teams, and having direct impact on daily operations, this challenge is for you. **Position Profile** * Proven operational experience coordinating field teams. * University degree (preferred). * Organization and activity tracking. * Clear and direct communication. * Operational problem solving. * Leadership of technical teams in the field. * Proficiency with digital tools: Excel, G Suite * Preferred: Basic knowledge of databases or ERP systems **Additional Details** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM * Subject to adjustments based on operational needs * Statutory benefits * Annual performance bonus of up to 25% of annual salary Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Team coordination: 1 year (Required) Work Location: On-site employment
