We Offer: SAVINGS ACCOUNT WEEKLY PAY STARTING AT $3700 NET NO PROBATIONARY WEEK WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SATURDAY WITH ROTATING HOURS STATUTORY BENEFITS IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT SANTANDER PAYROLL UNIFORMS OPPORTUNITY FOR CAREER GROWTH Requirements: -Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. -Leadership skills -Supervisory experience managing teams of over 100 employees. -Minimum age: 28 years; maximum age: 40 years -Knowledge of Personnel Administration, Logistics KPIs, Inventory Management, Inventory Rotation Methodologies, Intermediate-level Excel (mandatory), Warehouse Operations. -Completed Bachelor's degree (Diploma / Letter of Completion) Responsibilities: -Manage order picking by assigning delivery routes, separating special orders, and recording times in logs, aiming to optimize loading and unloading times. -Organize vehicle loading by assigning staff, verifying packaging, and forwarding documents to billing, ensuring operational continuity and efficient deliveries. -Supervise goods receipt by reviewing logs, arrival sequence, and dock assignments, maintaining a controlled and structured flow. -Coordinating internal warehouse logistics by allocating shelf space to pickers and verifying rack organization, ensuring product availability for order fulfillment. -Control rotating and physical inventories by leading staff, reconciling discrepancies, and correcting errors, maintaining reliable and up-to-date inventory records. -Manage expired products by generating reports for Purchasing and Accounting, coordinating returns or disposal with suppliers. -Maintain operational quality by auditing loads, organizing pre-shipment staging areas, and handling returns, aiming to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
