At **Teasty Bobba Tea**, we are growing—and we want to welcome an **Assistant Cafeteria Manager** with operational vision, leadership ability, and passion for creating unique experiences around tea, coffee, and specialty beverages. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and organize shifts to ensure efficient service. * Lead, train, and motivate the operational team. * Supervise the proper preparation and presentation of **boba teas, coffees, and hot or cold beverages**. * Ensure compliance with operational standards, cleanliness, and customer service. * Manage cash handling, cash audits, and cash flow. * Manage inventory and supply orders. * Prepare administrative and operational reports. * Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience as a Cafeteria Supervisor or Beverage Retail Outlet Manager**. * Experience leading operational teams and training staff. * Knowledge of **cash handling, inventory control, and opening/closing procedures**. * Passion for service, attention to detail, and ability to resolve operational issues. * Proactive attitude, leadership, and effective communication skills. **Important:** Must be available to work rotating shifts and weekends (with one weekday off).
