Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Analyst to maximize tenant service and fund recovery, minimize financial losses, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. As a Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for maximizing service to our tenants and fund recovery, minimizing financial losses, maintaining professional client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Responsibilities: -Manage assigned late-payment account portfolio -Contact debtors (via phone, email, or in-person visits) to negotiate, resolve, and agree on payment dates. -Develop and propose flexible and realistic payment terms, evaluating the client's ability to pay. -Document all interactions, payment commitments, and outcomes in detail, maintaining a follow-up log. -Prepare periodic reports on portfolio status and collections performance.
