Buscamos un perfil bilingüe con experiencia en operaciones de estudio para alinear nuestros equipos de arquitectura, BIM, CGI y construcción mediante flujos de trabajo claros, coordinación sólida y una estructura operativa eficiente. Key Focus / Enfoque principal * Workflow coordination / Coordinación de flujos de trabajo * Team alignment / Alineación de equipos * Process improvement / Mejora de procesos * Project oversight / Seguimiento de proyectos * Bilingual communication / Comunicación bilingüe inglés\-español Requirements / Requisitos * Architecture background preferred; related fields with strong operational experience will also be considered. (Se prefiere formación en Arquitectura; también se considerarán perfiles de áreas afines con sólida experiencia operativa.) * Minimum 3 years of experience in studio operations, project coordination, or construction\-related workflows.
