Position Summary: Supervises production processes, ensures quality and food safety standards, implements procedures, coordinates teams, and handles audits and complaints. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive approach and continuous improvement Description and details of responsibilities **Responsibilities** * Supervises that production processes comply with quality and food safety specifications and standards. * Ensures compliance with quality and food safety regulations. * Implements and monitors procedures, work instructions, and control plans. * Analyzes quality and food safety data, rejections, reworks, and returns to implement corrective and preventive actions. * Maintains ongoing communication with our sales team and customers. * Coordinates and supervises the team of analysts and inspectors. * Handles external and internal audits. * Follows up on customer complaints and supports problem resolution. Experience and Requirements **Requirements** * Education: Industrial engineering, chemistry, quality, or related field. * Demonstrable training in quality and food safety. * Knowledge of GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, IMS. * HACCP training (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). * Experience managing quality indicators. * Problem-solving skills. * Preventive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Advanced English.
