Position Summary: Responsible for electrical and mechanical repair of equipment, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of machinery, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Electromechanical repair and maintenance of equipment and machinery. 2. Continuous pursuit of continuous improvement and system efficiency. 3. Knowledge and experience in CNC machine repair. Description and details of activities **ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION** * Performs electrical and mechanical repair of equipment and/or machines. * Performs minor repairs to correct failures or replace parts. * Prepares reports specifying equipment failures and corrective actions. * Installs and dismantles equipment. * Rebuilds damaged machines and/or equipment. * Replaces defective parts in machines and/or equipment. * Modifies complex electromechanical installations to improve efficiency. * Prepares periodic reports of performed activities. * Keeps equipment and workplace clean and orderly. * Complies with the company's Integrated Hygiene and Safety Standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Comply with the company's established safety and hygiene standards. * Maintain optimal operation of company equipment, buildings, and machinery. * Comply with internal work regulations. * Must always pursue continuous improvement using the lean manufacturing tools provided by the company. Experience and requirements **EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS** * Service-oriented mindset. * Knowledge and experience in CNC machine repair. * Basic metrology (tape measure, caliper). * Knowledge of electronics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Flexible schedule availability. * Education: Technical degree in mechanical and/or electromechanical fields. * Metal-mechanical experience is a plus. * B1/B2 visa (preferred).
