




Summary: Prepares, reviews, and approves import and export documents in accordance with global trade laws and regulations, ensuring prompt movement of freight and compliance. Highlights: 1. Manage import/export documentation and customs compliance. 2. Support global trade compliance projects and programs. 3. Utilize Annex 24 software, preferably INTRADE. Prepares, reviews, and approves Import & Export documents in accordance with Global Trade Laws & Regulations. * Daily follow up with cross border Carriers and Customs Brokers to ensure prompt movement of freight. * Prepare and file Annual Global Trade Report to SAT. * Prepare and file INEGI Monthly and Annual Reports. * Responsible for Import permits renewals (IVA Certification, Origin Certificates, COFEPRIS, Rule 8th, Others). * Communicate in a timely manner Customs clearance status and provide Import documentation to Management and Warehouse. * Assist in other administrative activities & related to Global Trade Compliance projects and programs (Get quotes: transportation, customs offices & other activities). * Record keeping & files of import & export documents (pedimentos, invoices, permits, others). * Reconciliation of inventory balances in Import-Export system vs. Warehouse Inventory Control. * Support Inventory Control projects. * Input-setup BOM into Intrade System. * Put Tags to fixed assets. * Be updated in Foreign Trade requirements and procedures. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS * Experience in Maquiladora/IMMEX. * Customs Annex 24 Software experience. INTRADE (preferred). * Annex 31 filing to SAT. * English Language Requirements: Intermediate 70% (Technical Reading and conversation). * Has thorough technical knowledge of all phases of the activity. * Role typically requires between 3 to 5 years of experience.
