




Position Summary: Lead team in customs compliance, ensuring inventory control and review of foreign trade programs to achieve customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT/IEPS procedures and customs operations 2. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Annex 24 3. Solid knowledge of the USMCA and Mexican customs legislation Description and details of responsibilities * Lead the team to perform tasks punctually and effectively to achieve customer satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with IMMEX, PROSEC, and other foreign trade programs in Mexico. * Ensure proper control of temporary inventories in the system (Annex 24/31\), complying with stay periods and return deadlines. * Conduct reviews of all PROSEC programs, Rule Eighth, and resolutions related to company operations. * Review and process import/export documentation, including USMCA certificates and Harmonized System (HTS) classifications. * Coordinate with customs agencies, carriers, and freight forwarders for shipment release. * Conduct internal and external audits of import/export compliance. * Prepare, review, approve, and submit applications for export/import licenses, permits, and other authorizations. * Register and manage information in commercial compliance systems.
