Focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships **Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing** We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative with advanced English skills** to support both national and international clients in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is key to maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring accurate order processing, clear communication, and timely follow\-up on customer requests. The ideal candidate will act as the **main point of contact between customers and internal departments**, helping coordinate orders, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the **primary contact for assigned customer accounts**. * Respond to **customer inquiries, calls, and emails in English and Spanish** in a professional and friendly manner. * Process and follow up on **customer orders and requisitions**. * Coordinate with internal departments including **production, planning, purchasing, warehouse, quality, logistics, and import/export**. * Provide customers with updates on **order status, delivery schedules, shipments, and production timelines**. * Receive and manage **customer complaints**, ensuring proper follow\-up and resolution. * Prepare reports and communicate feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement. * Support **new customer onboarding and new product introductions**. * Track action items and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion. * Maintain strong relationships with customers and proactively identify opportunities for **additional orders or services**. Requirements * **1–3 years of experience** in Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar role in **manufacturing or industrial environments**. * **Advanced English proficiency (required)** – written and spoken. * Strong **communication and problem\-solving skills**. * Ability to manage customer concerns with **professionalism and empathy**. * Experience coordinating with **multiple internal departments**. * Basic knowledge of **CRM systems or customer management platforms**. * **Intermediate Excel skills**. * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration or a related field**.
