Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Maintenance Technician with experience in hand tools, electricity, hydraulics, and preferably elevators. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance and basic knowledge of electronics. 2. Proficiency with hand tools, multimeter, and diagram interpretation. 3. Responsibility, organization, and proactivity are valued. Good proficiency with hand and/or electric tools. **Multimeter operation. Knowledge of electricity and hydraulic mechanics.** Tape measure. **Bubble level.** Basic interpretation of electrical diagrams. **Responsible, organized, and proactive.** Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician and basic knowledge of electronics. **Professional appearance.** Preferred experience in elevator maintenance.
