Operation of assigned vehicle and compliance with policies. **Job Description** Drive from the HUB to local routes in the vehicle assigned by AutoZone to cover the HUB’s daily delivery routes, delivering merchandise to commercial customers while meeting pickup time requirements, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise, and complying with established policies for use of the assigned vehicle—thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Deliver merchandise on local routes to commercial customers within required timeframes using the assigned vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales closure with AutoZone’s commercial customers. * Provide sales counter support at the Commercial Program module by assisting walk-in or telephone customers with inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, or functionality. * Complete the vehicle inspection checklist accurately by properly filling out the logbook. * Report vehicle-related incidents to and follow up with the Commercial Manager. * Process cash collections against invoices and credit card transactions correctly to support the product delivery process and sales closure. * **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * One to two years of experience. * Prior experience as a driver of any type of vehicle. * Valid driver’s license. * Must be at least 21 years of age. * Experience operating standard vehicles (e.g., Spark).
