Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Trust-Based**Job Objective** Ensure regulatory compliance and implement a quality management system at the distribution center, while also ensuring coverage of requirements that generate customer satisfaction.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Serve as the responsible party for sanitary matters before the health authority. * Coordinate and ensure proper handling of controlled medications. * Implement, maintain, and participate in quality assurance processes (complaint investigations, returns, internal audits, supplier evaluations, risk management, and change control). * Coordinate handling of blocked products and monitor key performance indicators measuring the effectiveness of the quality management system. * Verify legal and technical documentation, as well as regulatory compliance of the distribution center. * Carry out activities related to personnel management. Experience 2 years in: * Pharmaceutical Industry. * Quality Management System. Knowledge * NOM 059 (Good Storage and Distribution or Manufacturing Practices for Health Supplies). * Intermediate Excel (tables, charts, pivot tables). Education Bachelor's Degree**Complementary Profile** EXPERIENCE: * Handling of controlled medications * Audits and quality assurance * Risk management KNOWLEDGE: * Legal procedures for pharmaceutical establishments. * ERP System (SAP preferred).
