Job Summary: You will provide technical support to manufacturing lines, ensuring efficient operation of equipment and production processes, contributing to safety, quality, and productivity. Collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Production departments Description and details of responsibilities Provide technical support to manufacturing lines and processes, ensuring efficient operation of equipment, tools, and production processes, contributing to achieving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement objectives. * Provide technical support to production lines and manufacturing equipment. * Perform basic adjustments, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of equipment and processes. * Execute basic preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Support implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes. * Monitor operational parameters and ensure compliance with specifications. * Participate in line startups, model changes, and process validations. * Document incidents, repairs, and performed activities. * Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production departments to resolve operational issues. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area according to 5S methodologies.Skills Experience and Requirements * Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Manufacturing, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environments. * Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment operation. * Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments. * Basic knowledge of pneumatics, electricity, or automation (preferred). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S. * Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
