Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Analyst to supervise security at facilities and in the environment, implement management systems, and conduct internal audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and close security countermeasures. 2. Ensure contractors’ compliance with CSMS. 3. Develop PFS reports and daily follow-up. **Position: Security Analyst** **Main Responsibilities:** • Report daily safety status for Facilities and the Environment; maintain tracking on the FMDS dashboard. • Support TSMS implementation. • Track open TSMS items. • Ability to lead and close countermeasures. • Ensure all contractors comply with CSMS (Construction Safety Management System). • Conduct internal construction project audits. * Develop PFS reports and daily follow-up of open items. • Update daily KPI incident reports. * Support the Safety Training Program. * Deliver Safety and Environmental Training and TM’s for subcontracted contractors in MRA, JSA, JSRA. * and/or any other similar activities **Required Experience:** · English proficiency: 90% written and spoken. · Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (specializing in Safety and Health). · Strong communication skills. · Decision-making skills. · Proactive and problem-solving mindset. · 2 years of experience supervising safety in automotive companies.
